1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using GrailFinder, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time — see Changes to these terms below.

2. What GrailFinder is

GrailFinder is a price comparison and deal-finding tool for trading card game and sports card products sold by Australian retailers. We aggregate publicly available pricing and stock information from retailer websites and present it in one place so you can compare options.

GrailFinder is not a retailer. We do not sell, ship, or fulfil any product ourselves, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. All purchases happen directly with the retailer you're redirected to, under that retailer's own terms, prices, and policies.

3. Pricing & data accuracy

Prices, stock levels, and product details displayed on GrailFinder are collected from retailer websites on a periodic basis (currently around once per day) and may not reflect the current price or availability at the retailer at the exact moment you view them. Retailers can change prices, run out of stock, or discontinue products at any time between our updates.

Always confirm the current price, stock status, and product details on the retailer's own website before completing a purchase. GrailFinder is not responsible for pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or any loss arising from relying on information displayed on this site instead of the retailer's own listing.

4. No affiliation & trademarks

GrailFinder is an independent, unofficial service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the retailers listed on this site, nor by any trading card game publisher or sports card brand referenced here, including (but not limited to) Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering / Wizards of the Coast, Yu-Gi-Oh! / Konami, One Piece, Riftbound / Riot Games, Digimon, Panini, Topps, and Leaf.

All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks referenced on GrailFinder are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for identification and comparison purposes only, and does not imply any endorsement or business relationship with those owners.

5. Third-party links

GrailFinder links out to third-party retailers, eBay, and 130point so you can view a listing or make a purchase. We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or business practices. GrailFinder may in the future participate in affiliate or referral arrangements with some linked retailers or services — if and when that happens, we'll disclose it clearly on the relevant pages.

6. YouTube content

Some product pages display review videos sourced via the YouTube Data API Service. These videos remain the property of their original creators and/or YouTube. By using this feature, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual property

The GrailFinder name, logo, site design, and underlying code are owned by us (or used under licence) and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images, titles, and descriptions displayed on GrailFinder belong to the respective retailers or rights holders and are displayed for the purpose of price comparison.

8. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse GrailFinder. This includes (without limitation): attempting to disrupt or overload the site, scraping or systematically harvesting data from GrailFinder itself without our permission, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict or suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms.

9. No warranty & limitation of liability

GrailFinder is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrailFinder and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on information displayed on it, including any loss connected to a purchase made with a third-party retailer. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, for example as new features (like accounts or price alerts) launch. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use GrailFinder after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia (adjust if this isn't the right jurisdiction), and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
